Venous Ligation

In the erection mechanism, the arterial system and the venous valve system required to trap blood must be intact. Venous leakage is a problem with these vein valves, causing blood to not be retained in this area.

These individuals usually state that erection has begun, but they cannot maintain the erection and cannot reach sufficient hardness.

To diagnose this problem, color penile Doppler ultrasound is performed. The only treatment for functional dysfunction in the valves is venous ligation surgery.

These problems are more common in patients with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, those with a genetic predisposition (causing Peyronie’s disease), smokers, and patients receiving cancer treatment.

This operation can also be combined with a penis enlargement operation at the same time.
